We try to make it easy. To sign up to the freshest local produce from regional growers, download a hilbarn subscription form for Tassie North or Hobart from this blog, or email us for a form and mention your area so we send one relevant to you.

What we provide

We offer $30 and $55 fruit and vegetable boxes packed with local and seasonal produce. Box contents are harvested freshly and/or collected directly by hilbarn each weekend, then packed and delivered in Launceston on Mondays and Hobart on Tuesdays for weekly or fortnightly orders. Delivery is free to the Pick Up Points listed below. Home or workplace deliveries are an extra $5.

Orders need to be placed by 9pm each Wednesday for the following week's delivery. We look forward to sharing the delights of fresh regional produce with you.

How We Work

- We provide absolutely the freshest local produce available to us.

- All our produce is sourced from local growers who set their own prices.

- We exclude produce only if it is of poor quality or if the price is too high to offer value to you our customer.

- Your produce order is carefully packed into your $30 or $55 family size box. (Add $5 to each box for deliveries outside Launceston).

- If you wish you can trial one box. After sampling, the minimum subscription is 4 boxes. This way we can source the best produce for you in advance of your delivery.

- We will share new Pick-Up Points with you as they become available. See 'What We Provide' (above) for current Pick-Up Points.

- Each delivery includes a box (please return your box for recycling).
- Once you have subscribed, delivery will begin after payment is received.

- Produce is delivered either weekly or fortnightly after subscribing.

- Box contents cannot be customized.

- No refunds are available for subscriptions.

- A credit may be provided in the case of an incorrect delivery.
