Summer Salad Soup

A welcome back to a new hilbarn fresh produce year with this recipe for classic Gazpacho, a traditional dish from Spain, included in this week's box. The chilled soup is easy to blend, there's no cooking, and uses the capsicum from Kindred, Alan's cucumber from Northdown, ripe tomatoes from Glengarry and Pete and Sam's garlic from Devonport. Aside from alcohol, what could be more refreshing in this heat?
